Cor Cordis named Gender Diversity Organisation of the Year

We’re proud to announce that Cor Cordis has been awarded Gender Diversity Organisation of the Year at the 2025 Women in Insolvency and Restructuring Victoria (WIRV) Awards.

This recognition reflects our ongoing commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace that supports employee satisfaction, retention, and diverse leadership.

Our initiatives and culture have helped increase female representation across the firm, empowering women to pursue professional growth and leadership opportunities. Women now make up 43% of our national workforce and 42% of our senior leadership team.
