We also received ongoing support and engagement from MDC Sheetmetal’s primary secured creditor.Our strategy was to keep the business running with the aim of selling both the business and its assets.

We successfully negotiated and secured a Sale of Business and Assets Agreement, which not only refinanced the secured debt but also preserved the employment of all its staff.
