Cor Cordis appointed voluntary administrators of National Narrowband Network Communications Pty Ltd (NNNCo)
Barry Wight and Catherine Conneely of restructuring advisory firm Cor Cordis, have been appointed Voluntary Administrators of NNNCo on 15 November 2024.
NNNCo is a global Internet of Things (IoT) solutions provider and LoRaWAN network operator based in Australia. NNNCo's carrier grade network provides secure, scalable IoT connectivity and solutions for industry with a focus on the business-to-business market concentrating on utilities, cities and enterprise.
The Board has determined that in the best interests of the company, its stakeholders and customers, the appointment of Administrators was required with a view to restructuring its financial affairs to preserve its operations into the future.
Through the voluntary administration process, Cor Cordis will urgently evaluate NNNCo’s operations and explore restructuring or recapitalisation options. NNNCo’s business remains operational.
“We’ve commenced an urgent review of NNNCO’s financial affairs and have held preliminary discussions with senior management regarding a proposal to restructure the business”, said Barry Wight.
