The Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) was founded in November 2018 and is the impartial and independent dispute resolution scheme for financial services, specially relating to financial products and services. AFCA considers complaints that were previously handled by the
Financial Ombudsman Service, the Credit and Investments Ombudsman and the Superannuation Complaints Tribunal .
