Administrators of Coco Tribe Pty Ltd
Rachel Burdett and Barry Wight of restructuring advisory firm Cor Cordis were appointed Administrators for Coco Tribe Pty Ltd on Friday 26 May 2023.
The directors of the company chose to place the company in administration once the company ceased trading two weeks prior to the appointment. The company has cited manufacturing issues and supply chain challenges as reasons for the company’s closure.
The administration process will now involve assessing the company’s intellectual property and any other assets associated with Coco Tribe. All creditors were formally notified on Tuesday 30 May 2023, and the first meeting of creditors is scheduled for 7 June 2023.
“The directors are currently considering their position whether the company will go into liquidation or implement a Deed of Company Arrangement. We will be providing regular updates to stakeholders as we work through the administration process,” said the Administrators.
